Key Responsibilities

1. HRMS Implementation & Process Execution

• Support HRMS implementation, enhancement, and rollout.

• Own end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new HRMS modules and system enhancements, ensuring alignment with regional business requirements and global HR standards.

• Coordinate with HRMS vendors and internal stakeholders to configure, test, validate, and deploy new functionalities.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support successful HRMS adoption.

• Execute employee lifecycle activities including:

• Onboarding and employee data creation

• Employee master data maintenance

• Probation confirmation and extensions

• Transfers, promotions, reporting line changes, organizational changes, and contract updates

• Employee service requests

• Attendance and leave administration through the HRMS, ensuring accurate configuration, timely processing, exception management, and compliance with company policies

• Employee document management

• Exit management and offboarding

• Ensure all employee records are maintained accurately within the HRMS and comply with company policies and local statutory requirements.

• Perform regular data validation, audits, and reconciliation to maintain data integrity.

• Support payroll by ensuring timely and accurate employee, attendance, and leave data is maintained within the HRMS.

• Coordinate and facilitate regular governance meetings with the HRMS vendor to review open issues, monitor enhancement progress, and ensure timely resolution. Track system issues and provide regular updates to HR leadership and key stakeholders.

3. Performance Management System (PMS) Administration

• Administer the Performance Management System (PMS) module within the HRMS and support the quarterly and annual performance review cycles.

• Update reporting line changes, organizational hierarchy, review forms, workflows, and system configurations before each performance cycle is launched.

• Monitor completion of performance review activities, track cycle progress, and share regular completion reports with HR and business stakeholders.

• Provide first-level system support to managers and employees during the performance review cycle and coordinate issue resolution with the HRMS vendor where required.

4. Regional HR Operations & Stakeholder Support

• Act as the primary HRMS point of contact between Head Office HR, Country HR teams, IT, and HRMS vendors.

• Partner with Country HR teams across the EAMER region to ensure consistent execution of employee lifecycle processes and HRMS transactions.
