## Description

Job Purpose: To manage procurement activities with a focus on supplier sourcing, market analysis, and coordination with international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers (especially international)

· Lead supplier engagement and approach new suppliers

· Communicate and follow up with international suppliers for quotations, clarifications, and negotiations

· Prepare and issue RFQs

· Perform quotation analysis and evaluation

· Maintain and manage supplier database and procurement records

· Collect and review supporting documents (e.g., supplier declarations, certificates of origin, company information)

· Perform basic supplier due diligence (company verification, registration checks, document review)

· Coordinate with internal teams to support procurement activities

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

· Fluent in English (written and spoken)

· Strong communication and supplier management skills

· Ability to perform market analysis in international markets

· Strong administrative and organizational skills

· Good knowledge of Excel

· 2–5 years of experience in procurement or a related field
