## Description

Position: Account Manager / Senior Account Manager / Sales manager – BFSI Solutions, Dubai

Location: Dubai (Onsite)

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to drive business growth by selling enterprise banking technology solutions to banks, financial institutions, fintechs, and other financial services organizations across the UAE region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the banking domain, consultative selling experience, and an established network within the financial services industry.

Based in Dubai and reporting to the Senior Vice President, Sales, the candidate will be responsible for selling the company’s financial sector solutions to UAE based Banks, Financial Institutions and Fintech Companies.

Experience & Qualification

The candidate must have:

• Minimum 8 to 10+years overall experience in selling IT Solutions & Services.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in selling Banking Applications / Products / Platforms (Mandatory).

• Proven experience selling to banks, financial institutions, fintechs.

• Experience selling one or more of the following solutions: International Payment Systems (e.g., SWIFT, cross-border payments), Core Banking, Digital Banking, Open Banking / Open Finance Solutions, Payment Hub/Payment solutions, Digital Transformation Solutions, Treasury solutions, Trade finance solutions, LOS systems, compliance & regulatory systems etc.

• Must have thorough understanding of the banking solutions market with domain understanding in one or more solutions

• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience in communicating with various groups and levels within an organization.

• Very responsive attitude in handling all communications with the prospect.

• Experience handling large enterprise accounts.

• Strong account management skills.

Good to have:

• Experience in selling Banking applications to UAE market.

• Additional experience in selling IT Services / Staffing solutions will be an advantage
