Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Property Lawyer (Russian Speaker). The Property Lawyer will provide legal support across the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale, lease, and investment agreements. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal due diligence on properties, verifying compliance with local real estate regulations, and advising on ownership structures, risk, and contractual obligations. The role involves preparing legal opinions and documentation in both Russian and English, liaising with government authorities, notaries, and external counsel, and representing the company and clients in property-related negotiations. The Property Lawyer will work closely with internal investment and operations teams to structure deals, resolve legal issues, and ensure accurate, timely documentation for all transactions.
Qualifications

• Solid experience in property / real estate law, including drafting and negotiating sale, lease, and investment agreements.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai / UAE real estate regulations, contract law, and procedures with authorities, registries, and notaries.

• Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written), with the ability to prepare and review legal documents in both languages.

• Proven skills in legal research, risk assessment, and due diligence for property acquisitions and developments.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); admission to practice or relevant professional certification is preferred.

• Prior experience in an investment, real estate, or corporate environment in the UAE or similar market is an advantage.

• High ethical standards, integrity, and a client-focused approach to legal advice and representation.
