Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including marketing listings, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on current market conditions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, responding to inquiries, nurturing relationships, and guiding buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors through the full transaction process from initial consultation to closing. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with landlords, developers, and legal partners, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The Real Estate Agent will work closely with the Sandcastle Properties team to meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications

• Relevant Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property regulations in Dubai.

• Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.

• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations.

• Strong local market awareness, including familiarity with Dubai neighborhoods, property types, and investment trends.

• Good organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple listings and clients simultaneously.

• Proficiency in basic office software and digital listing platforms; experience with CRM tools is beneficial.

• Professional fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.

• Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
