Role Description The Mechanical Engineer will work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in a full-time capacity, supporting mechanical design, installation, and coordination activities across Interior Fit Out, MEP, and Civil Works projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and reviewing mechanical designs and drawings, preparing technical specifications, and ensuring compliance with local codes and project requirements. The role involves collaborating with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines, supervising site works, and conducting inspections and testing of mechanical systems. The Mechanical Engineer will support procurement of mechanical materials and equipment, review vendor submissions, and provide technical input to resolve site issues. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge and practical experience across building services and MEP systems.

• Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.

• 5 Yesrs Experience in construction, MEP contracting, or interior fit-out projects, preferably within the United Arab Emirates preferred.

• Familiarity with relevant international and local codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, BS, local authority regulations).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams on-site.
