Job Title: Cafeteria Chef (IndianVegetarian Cuisine)

Salary: AED 2,000–3000 per month (Basic + Overtime)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Cafeteria Chef with experience in Indianvegetarian cooking to join our team in Dubai. Preference will be given to candidates of Nepali origin with proven experience preparing authentic Indianvegetarian meals in cafeterias, restaurants, or industrial kitchens.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, hygienic, and flavorful Indianvegetarian dishes on a daily basis.

• Cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages as per the menu.

• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards.

• Monitor inventory, minimize food wastage, and assist with stock management.

• Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service.

• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in Indianvegetarian cooking is mandatory.

• Previous experience in a cafeteria, canteen, restaurant, or catering kitchen.

• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work flexible shifts.

• Preference will be given to candidates of Nepali origin.
