## Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef within luxury hotels, resorts or internationally recognised fine dining restaurants. Strong leadership experience managing multicultural kitchen teams. Exceptional knowledge of international cuisine and contemporary culinary trends. Passion for innovation, creativity and guest satisfaction. Excellent organisational and financial management skills. Ability to perform in a fast-paced luxury environment. Fluent English is essential; additional languages are considered an advantage. Previous experience in the Middle East is welcome but not required.
