## Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and bakery items.

• Produce artisan breads, viennoiserie, and baked goods to company standards.

• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation in every product.

• Support menu development and seasonal creations.

• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are followed.

• Manage mise en place and maintain organized workstations.

• Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a CDP in Pastry & Bakery.

• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, chocolate work, and desserts.

• Experience in hotels, luxury restaurants, or high-volume operations is preferred.

• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
