## Description

URGENT HIRING – Architect & Structural Engineer

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

Mintrix Contracting is actively seeking qualified and experienced Architects and Structural Engineers to join our team. This role involves working on residential and commercial building projects, covering design, authority approvals, and execution support in Dubai.

Key Requirements

DEQ Registered and approved for G+4 Consultancy (Mandatory)

• Minimum 3 years of Dubai consultancy experience

• Strong experience with Dubai Municipality (DM) approvals, permit submissions, and NOC procedures

• In-depth knowledge of UAE & Dubai Building Codes and authority regulations

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design tools

For Architects:

Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop (preferred)

For Structural Engineers:

ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, Revit Structure (preferred)

• Ability to prepare, review, and coordinate drawings, calculations, and submissions

• Experience coordinating with Dubai Municipality and other authorities

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Immediate joiners preferred
