Hiring: Engineer – Civil Maintenance

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are hiring an Engineer – Civil Maintenance for one of our leading Government clients in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective civil maintenance activities for buildings, preferably transmission substations, while ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair civil infrastructure to ensure operational reliability.

• Apply sound knowledge of building design, specifications, and maintenance practices.

• Coordinate maintenance activities and maintain accurate records using relevant systems, preferably SAP.

Requirements

• Proven experience in civil maintenance of buildings with a reputed construction or maintenance company.

• Thorough knowledge of building design, specifications, and civil maintenance practices.

• Experience in maintenance of transmission substations will be an added advantage.

• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

• Good computer proficiency; experience with SAP is preferred.

• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
