## Description

Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator & Expeditor

Type: Contract

Work Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 7,000

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Candidates must have experience working in an engineering workshop, manufacturing, fabrication, Oil & Gas service, or EPC environment. Workshop experience is mandatory.

• Proactively follow up with suppliers for order acknowledgements, progress updates, and delivery dates.

• Monitor open purchase orders and expedite overdue deliveries.

• Escalate supply risks, delays, and shortages.

• Maintain delivery schedules within the ERP system.

• Prepare reports on supplier performance, overdue orders, KPIs, and supply risks.

• Track KPIs including On-Time Delivery (OTD) and lead-time adherence.

• Support supplier scorecards and performance reviews.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Workshop/Production, and Quality teams to resolve supplier issues.

• Maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL) and supplier documentation.

• Support supplier onboarding, audits, compliance checks, and continuous process improvements.

• Perform general procurement and supply chain administration from requisition through purchase order processing.

Key Skills Required

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or expediting.

• Mandatory experience supporting an engineering workshop, manufacturing plant, fabrication facility, or Oil & Gas workshop environment.

• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, energy, Oil & Gas, EPC, or project-based industries.

• Knowledge of international logistics and Incoterms is an advantage.

• Understanding of procurement and supply chain principles.

• CIPS qualification (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
