## Description

WE ARE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Dubai, TECOM.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in the trading/forex industry, proven client acquisition skills, and a track record of generating measurable business results.

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai, TECOM

Working Days: 5 days a week

Salary: To be discussed based on experience

Preferred: Hindi-speaking candidates

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify and convert new business opportunities within the trading/financial markets sector

• Drive client acquisition and contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active clients

• Develop effective business development strategies to achieve and exceed targets

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction

• Work closely with the sales and management teams to achieve overall business objectives

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and performance targets

Requirements
• Prior experience in a trading/forex company is mandatory

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the trading industry

• Strong understanding of the trading/financial markets sector

• Candidates must be able to provide verifiable proof of previous net deposits generated

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Target-driven, confident, and highly motivated personality

• Candidates without relevant trading industry experience and verifiable results will not be considered
