## Description

🚨 We Are Hiring | Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Bikram Interiors & Industries L.L.C. is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager with strong leadership skills and a solid background in interior joinery and fit-out projects to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage interior fit-out projects from planning stage through to successful completion.

• Coordinate effectively with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and site progress.

• Ensure smooth project execution, safety compliance, and timely handover.

• Prepare project reports and maintain proper project documentation.

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

• Manage manpower, materials, and site coordination efficiently.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Handle client communication and resolve project-related issues professionally.

Requirements:
✅ 5–8 years of experience in Interior Joinery & Fit-Out Projects.

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

✅ UAE market experience is essential.

✅ Good knowledge of project planning, site execution, and coordination.

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

✅ Fluency in English is required; Arabic will be an added advantage.
