Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and highly qualified Real Estate Sales Specialist/Consultant to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients find the perfect property or investment, we look forward to hearing from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Experience in Real Estate transactions, including listing, marketing, and closing deals

• Real Estate Consulting: Understanding client requirements and providing tailored residential and commercial real estate solutions.

• Deal Closing: Leading sales negotiations and managing the smooth closing process from start to finish.

• Market Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends, property availability, and investment opportunities.

• Good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Languages: Native or fluent Arabic speaker with professional communication skills in English.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 month experience in real estate sales.

• Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the local real estate market, buying and selling processes, and legal procedures.

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong sales mindset.

• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.

• RERA certification is an advantage.
