About Project 90's

Project 90's is a Dubai-based creative studio delivering high-end 3D animation, CGI, architectural visualization, digital twin experiences, and product visualization for real estate developers and product brand owners across the UAE. Our work has powered marketing campaigns for developers, architects and consumer brands and we're now expanding aggressively into the product brand space (fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, and tech accessories) alongside our established real estate client base.

We're looking for a self-driven business development professional who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals and who wants to be paid what they're actually worth for doing it.

The Role

You'll be the face of Project 90's in the market, reaching out to real estate developers and product brand owners in the UAE, pitching our CGI, 3D animation, and product visualization services and closing new client relationships. This is a hunter role: you're building your own pipeline, not managing inbound leads.

What you'll do?

• Identify and reach out to real estate developers, architects, and product brand owners (fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, tech accessories) across the UAE

• Run outreach via LinkedIn, cold calls, email and in-person networking events

• Pitch Project 90's services like 3D renders, animation walkthroughs, content production, product visualization and our proprietary digital twin product, THE ORBIT

• Represent Project 90's at UAE networking events, exhibitions and industry meetups

• Manage the sales conversation from first contact through to signed proposal

• Work closely with the founder on pricing, proposals and deal structuring for each client

Who you are?

• Based in Dubai, with strong first-hand knowledge of the UAE market and you understand how real estate developers and brand owners operate, buy and make decisions here

• Confident, articulate and comfortable both on the phone and in person

• A natural at building relationships and following up without being pushy

• Self-motivated as this role rewards hustle directly, so you need to be someone who creates their own opportunities rather than waiting for leads

• Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is a plus but we're open to any experience level if you can prove you can sell

• Bonus: existing network or contacts within UAE real estate developers, architecture firms, or product/FMCG brands

Compensation

This is a commission-only role as you earn a percentage of every deal you bring in and close. There is no cap on what you can earn; the more you close, the more you make. Commission structure and rates will be discussed directly and confirmed before you start, based on deal size and service type.

This structure is built for someone who wants their income to reflect their own effort, not a fixed ceiling.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid as you'll have flexibility on where you work day-to-day, combined with in-person client meetings, site visits and networking events across Dubai as needed.
