Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day café operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house workflows, and monitoring product quality and presentation. The Operations Manager will track inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting staff training, maintaining customer service excellence, analyzing sales and performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership on process improvements and experience-driven initiatives.
