## Description

Business Development Executive – Multi-Business Sales

Location: Dubai, UAE

Company: Praya Holding

Preferred experience in telecom, insurance, real estate, banking, corporate services, or B2B solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new clients across the UAE.

• Arrange meetings, understand client requirements, and present suitable solutions.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.

• Cross-sell services across Praya Holding companies.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.

• Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE sales or business development experience.

• Background in telecom, insurance, real estate, banking, corporate services, or B2B solution selling.

• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and closing skills.

• Ability to sell multiple services across different industries.

• Existing UAE business network will be an advantage.

• UAE driving licence is preferred.

• English is mandatory; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.

Compensation
Salary : AED 4000-5000 + Incentives
