## Description

Role Description The Business Development – Visa Screening role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ajman. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for visa medical screening services, including building and managing relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and healthcare partners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client requirements, monitoring performance metrics, and providing regular reporting on business development activities. The individual will contribute to strategic initiatives to expand Magenta Health’s visa screening portfolio and enhance client experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have at least 1 year experience in Visa screening project.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to assess opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, manage client relationships, and address inquiries professionally.

• Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation capabilities and business development acumen to drive new partnerships and revenue growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in healthcare, visa medical screening, or related service industries is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with the ability to prepare presentations and reports.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams on-site in Ajman.
