A well-established Turkish company who has core business of Contracting, wants to hire an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for delivering high-quality residential and luxury villa projects. Experience Required

• 8–12 years of total experience in electrical engineering and building construction

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience is a must.

• Experience in luxury villa, residential, or high-end building projects is highly preferred

About the Role

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design coordination, installation, and verification of all Low Voltage (LV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) electrical systems within luxury villa projects. This role ensures that electrical installations are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, local authority requirements, and the highest quality and safety standards.

The scope includes Main Distribution Boards (MDBs), lighting and power systems, containment routes, structured cabling, smart home automation, CCTV, access control, and other ELV systems, ensuring seamless integration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the installation of LV and ELV electrical systems across multiple villa projects.

• Review electrical shop drawings, technical submittals, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Manage installation and testing of Main Distribution Boards (MDBs), Sub Distribution Boards (SDBs), lighting systems, power outlets, containment systems, and earthing networks.

• Coordinate the implementation of smart home automation, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, intercom, and other ELV systems.

• Work closely with Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, and Interior teams to resolve design clashes and ensure proper service integration.

• Monitor subcontractor performance, installation quality, and project progress to ensure timely completion.

• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and authority approvals where required.

• Ensure compliance with UAE electrical regulations, project specifications, and company quality standards.

• Support QA/QC inspections, snagging activities, and final project handover.

• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and material coordination schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering for building construction projects.

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience is mandatory is a must.

• Strong knowledge of LV and ELV systems for residential and luxury villa developments.

• Experience with MDBs, lighting systems, power distribution, structured cabling, smart home systems, CCTV, access control, and related electrical infrastructure.

• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.

• Familiarity with UAE electrical codes, DEWA regulations, and industry standards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with BIM/Revit is an advantage.
