Role Description The Business Development Partner is a contract, remote role responsible for expanding Palm Board UAE’s presence across the UAE and GCC markets. Day-to-day activities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, building strategic relationships with distributors, contractors, and designers, and promoting the company’s PVC boards and panel solutions. The role involves developing and executing business development plans, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, and tracking market trends to inform growth strategies. The Business Development Partner will also support training and consultative sales efforts, participate in virtual meetings and presentations, and provide regular performance and pipeline reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Sales and business development within building materials, interior design, or related sectors.

• Proficiency in Consulting and client advisory to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Strong Project Management skills to coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and oversee partnership activities.

• Experience in Leadership Development and Training to guide partners, distributors, and sales teams on product knowledge and market approaches.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote contract setting, managing multiple markets and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of the UAE and GCC construction, fit-out, or furniture manufacturing ecosystem is highly beneficial.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
