## Description

We're Hiring | Human Resources Manager

📍 Dubai, UAE

At AX CAPITAL Real Estate, we believe exceptional people build exceptional businesses. We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to help drive our continued growth and foster a high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient day-to-day HR operations.

• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle including, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and all applicable government regulations.

• Coordinate closely with the Legal Department on employment-related matters and compliance requirements.

• Represent the company during inspections and audits conducted by MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and other relevant government authorities.

• Manage and oversee visa, labour, immigration, and licensing-related HR processes.

• Maintain hands-on experience with UAE government portals, including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, UAE Pass, and other relevant systems.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support business objectives.

Mandatory Requirements

✔️ 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager

✔️ Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory

✔️ Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations

✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

✔️ HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage

✔️ Previous experience within the UAE real estate industry or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
