Job Description

• Manage, schedule, and maintain HVAC and Lighting & Small Power (LSP) systems.

• Perform reliability-centered, preventive, and corrective maintenance to achieve KPI targets.

• Hands-on experience in MEP systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.

• Diagnose equipment faults and conduct root cause analysis to improve system reliability.

• Evaluate and select materials and ensure compliance with maintenance standards.

• Proficient in computer applications; SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Good communication skills in English are required.
