## Description

I'm currently representing a well-established international architectural and planning consultancy looking to appoint an Aviation Lead to support the continued growth of its Middle East business.

With an established global platform and a strong pipeline of opportunities, the business is looking for someone to play a key role in shaping the future of its Aviation offering across the Middle East.

You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, develop client relationships, win major commissions and work alongside senior leaders across a multidisciplinary business, making this an ideal move for someone looking to build and lead a growing regional sector.

The role will include:

• Leading the growth of the Aviation sector across the Middle East.

• Developing and strengthening relationships with airport authorities, developers and key stakeholders.

• Identifying and securing new project opportunities across the region.

• Providing strategic leadership across aviation architecture, engineering and masterplanning projects.

• Working closely with regional and international leadership teams to expand the Aviation business.

• Supporting multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

We're interested in speaking with individuals who have:

• A background in Aviation Architecture, Airport Masterplanning or Airport Planning.

• Experience delivering airport master plans, terminal planning and/or airfield planning projects.

• A proven track record working with major airport authorities or aviation clients.

• Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.

• Previous experience leading multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.
