We are currently hiring talented Commis Chefs to join our award-winning Daylife portfolio, including AURA Skypool, TAPASAKE, Bâoli, and Azure Beach.

We are looking for passionate, motivated, and detail-oriented culinary professionals who are eager to grow their careers in luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in kitchen operations, a commitment to quality and consistency, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced lifestyle dining, beach club, and nightlife environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

• Maintain consistency and quality in accordance with brand standards.

• Assist with food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen organization.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.

• Support inventory management and minimize food waste.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.

Ideal Candidate

• 1-3 years of experience as a Commis Chef within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or lifestyle dining concept.

• Passion for culinary excellence and continuous learning.

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
