We're Hiring – Business Development Specialist
Location: Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE

Joining: Immediate

Mangru Asre Cargo Transport LLC is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. If you have experience in the logistics and transport industry and are passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics, cargo transport, and heavy transport sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and business partners.

• Generate new leads through networking, market research, and business development activities.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.

• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and grow existing client accounts.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.

• Experience in cargo transport, logistics, heavy transport, freight forwarding, equipment rental, or the construction industry is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.

• Good knowledge of the UAE market.

• UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
