## Description

We're looking for an HR Recruiter / HR Generalist with 2–6 years of experience to join our team in Dubai on a fixed-term contract of up to 1 year.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on hiring babysitters, nannies, and domestic staff.

• Support recruitment across the wider organisation.

• Handle day-to-day HR Generalist responsibilities, including HR administration, onboarding, employee documentation, and record management.

• Ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience for candidates.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in HR and recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR Generalist functions.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

• Experience in high-volume recruitment is an advantage.

• Previous experience in a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or similar environment is preferred.

• Salary: AED 3,000–5,000 per month, depending on experience.
