About the Role

TRIXIS HOMES is looking for ambitious, energetic, and target-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy speaking with clients, and want to build a rewarding career in real estate, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 300–400 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.

• Generate and qualify leads for Dubai real estate projects.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Schedule meetings and property viewings.

• Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and company projects.

Requirements

• Preferred Nationality: India

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or real estate is preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Fluent in English (Hindi is an added advantage).

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
