## Description

Black Tie Consultancy is partnering with one of Dubai's most established real estate brokerages ( Top 20 Emaar Ranking) to identify a high-performing Off-Plan Sales Manager. This is a senior role for someone who has built and led sales teams in Dubai's off-plan market and knows how to consistently deliver results in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

What you'll be doing:

You will lead and manage a team of off-plan sales agents — setting targets, coaching performance, and driving conversions across the brokerage's developer portfolio. You will own the team's number, maintain key developer relationships, and ensure every agent has what they need to close.

What we're looking for:

7+ years in Dubai real estate — off-plan sales experience is non-negotiable

Proven track record leading a sales team and hitting team targets.

Strong existing relationships with developers and launch teams across Dubai

Experience managing high-volume pipelines and CRM systems
