WE'RE HIRING – DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER

Location: Dubai, UAE

Ray White International Real Estate Broker LLC is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Officer with Dubai real estate experience, a strong IT background, and hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of digital marketing experience in Dubai's real estate industry (Mandatory)

• Strong IT background with knowledge of websites, CMS, CRM systems, hosting, and marketing automation

• Proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms for content creation, marketing, and workflow automation

• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and email marketing

• Knowledge of lead generation, landing pages, and conversion optimization

• Experience managing social media platforms and digital branding

• Creative, analytical, and data-driven mindset

• Currently based in the UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-performing digital marketing strategies.

• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.

• Utilize AI tools to improve content creation, campaign optimization, reporting, and productivity.

• Manage the company website and ensure SEO best practices.

• Generate and nurture quality leads for the sales team.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and AI trends.
