## Description

Inflection Holdings — Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner to Founder

Dubai · Full-time · On-site

Inflection Holdings backs and builds ventures that are human-centered and socially responsible. Our work spans sports, education, and infrastructure, delivered through both B2G and B2B partnerships, alongside placemaking projects that bring underused spaces back to life. We work closely with governments and partners, and we create real pathways for women, student founders, and people too often left out of traditional systems.

We're looking for one trusted right hand to the founder. Someone who runs the day across our ventures and countries, catches the details no one else does, and quietly keeps everything moving.

What you'll own

• The founder's calendar, travel, and briefing materials, protected and always a step ahead

• Proposals and submissions, including to governments and institutional partners, researched, drafted, and followed through

• Compliance, licensing, and filings kept current across our UK, UAE, and India entities

• The partnership and business development pipeline, sifting what's real and helping open the right rooms and meetings

• Board, investor, and event coordination across teams and ventures

You'll fit if you have

• 3+ years supporting a founder or senior leader in a fast-paced business across different industries

• A track record of taking things from brief to done without being chased

• Strong writing, so you can draft a proposal that lands with a government or a partner

• Real strength on detail and process, so compliance and logistics never slip

• Commercial drive, and comfort with outreach that turns a cold approach into a booked meeting

• Genuine discretion with confidential, commercially sensitive matters

• Based in Dubai, on-site, and able to travel to the UK and India on short notice

• A real interest in sports, education, and impact-driven ventures

Compensation: AED 18,000 per month, negotiable for the right experience.
