Role Description The Sales Manager role at EDMP is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with utilities and energy sector partners, and managing the full sales cycle for EDMP’s smart metering and grid management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering product presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating closely with technical and product teams to ensure solutions meet client needs. The role also involves monitoring market trends, contributing to sales strategies, maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports, and representing EDMP at industry events and customer meetings.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development within technology or energy sectors.

• Experience with solution selling, consultative selling, and managing complex sales cycles for enterprise clients.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships at multiple stakeholder levels.

• Ability to analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to sales strategies and revenue planning.

• Familiarity with smart metering, grid management, utility operations, or related energy technologies is highly beneficial.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and standard office productivity software to manage pipelines, reporting, and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.

• Fluency in English required; additional regional languages are a plus.
