Job Title: Warehouse Administrator – Earthmoving & Concrete Machinery

Location: UAE

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support our Earthmoving & Concrete Machinery operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory handling, and supporting the timely receipt and dispatch of spare parts and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments and verify received items against delivery documents.

• Receive, label, and shelve inventory accurately.

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Perform stock checks and assist with inventory counts.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of warehouse materials.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or warehouse administration.

• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system.

• Good knowledge of receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

• Experience in the heavy equipment, construction machinery, earthmoving, or concrete machinery industry will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience handling spare parts for Earthmoving or Concrete Machinery is highly preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
