The ambition is clear: to become one of the region's leading real estate players. The pipeline is live what we need now is an operator who can build it out at pace, on time, on budget, and to spec. Every time. This isn't a caretaker role. We want a builder: someone who reads a P&L as fluently as a set of drawings, who treats schedule and cost variance as personal, and who already knows the right people and subcontractors to call to get a project across the line.
