## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.

• Manage distributor relationships and identify new channel partners.

• Plan and participate in industry exhibitions, customer meetings, and promotional activities.

• Drive business development through customer engagement and market expansion.

• Design and monitor marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.

• Provide product training and commercial support to distributors and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metrology, Measurement Engineering, or a related field.

• experience in the metrology, precision measurement, or industrial instrumentation industry.

• Strong knowledge of precision measurement equipment and metrology solutions.

• Experience in distributor/channel management and B2B sales.

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel as required.
