We are currently hiring for Head Waiter Professionals across our award-winning Daylife portfolio, including AURA Skypool, TAPASAKE, Bâoli, and Azure Beach.

We are looking for experienced, dynamic, and highly presentable Head Waiters with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences in luxury lifestyle dining, beach clubs, and nightlife venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations.

• Support the Restaurant Management team in maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality and service excellence.

• Train, coach, and mentor waiters and runners to deliver consistent brand standards.

• Ensure efficient table management, service flow, and guest satisfaction throughout each shift.

• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally, ensuring memorable dining experiences.

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Monitor grooming, hygiene, and operational standards in line with company policies.

Ideal Candidate

• 3-6 years of Food & Beverage experience, including at least 1-2 years as a Head Waiter, Captain, or Senior Waiter within a luxury hotel, fine dining, beach club, or lifestyle dining concept.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities.

• Experience working in high-volume luxury hospitality environments.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
