## Description

Core Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements

• Translate business questions into data, reporting, and analytics requirements

• Define KPIs, metrics, and success measures aligned with business objectives

• Perform data analysis and validation to support decision-making

• Support data-driven initiatives, dashboards, and executive reporting

Data & Analytical Skills

• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation

• Advanced skills in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

• Experience with data visualization and storytelling

• Ability to interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies in data

Business & Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of business processes and operating models

• Ability to work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements

• Experience writing business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications

• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery environments

Data Governance & Quality

• Understanding of data quality, data definitions, and business rules

• Experience working with Data Owners and Data Stewards

• Ability to define business data standards and glossaries

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Ability to bridge business, IT, and data teams

• Comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data, or related field

CBAP, PMI-PBA, or data analytics certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or analytics

• Proven experience translating business needs into data-driven insights

• Experience working with enterprise data platforms and stakeholders
