At Majid Developments, we're growing our sales team and looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth in Dubai's dynamic real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Manage and monitor sales performance, ensuring KPIs are achieved.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.

• Oversee lead management, client follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and campaign performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales

• Proven experience leading and managing a high-performing sales team.

• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and ready property market.

• Target-driven, strategic thinker, and customer-focused.

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

• RERA certification is an advantage.
