Hiring: Business Development Manager – Design Firm

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing design firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and sales within the interior design, architecture, fit-out, or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and business proposals.

• Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.

• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

• Maintain an updated CRM database and prepare sales and pipeline reports.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of business development experience in a design firm, interior fit-out, architecture, or construction company.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.

• Strong network within the UAE design and construction industry is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
