## Description

Job Overview

Prowin Properties is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, hiring top talent for real estate roles, and supporting onboarding and HR operations. If you have experience recruiting within the Dubai real estate market and are passionate about talent acquisition, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Hire for Property Consultants, Team Leaders, Sales Managers, Leasing Consultants, and support roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.

• Maintain recruitment records, candidate pipelines, and HR documentation.

• Coordinate onboarding and prepare employment-related documents.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment targets.

• Prepare recruitment reports and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate recruitment experience (Mandatory).

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.

• Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.

• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.

• Target-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ATS experience is an advantage.

Preferred:

• Experience hiring for Off-Plan and Secondary Market real estate roles.

• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and onboarding processes.
