## Description

We are partnering with one of the world's most prestigious and globally recognised luxury retail brands to appoint an experienced Human Resources Business Partner based in Dubai.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a brand renowned for excellence, craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional client experience. Reporting into the regional HR leadership team, you will play a key role in driving the people agenda across the UAE, partnering closely with retail leadership and corporate stakeholders to support business growth and organisational performance.

The Opportunity

As a trusted HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that enhance employee engagement, strengthen leadership capability, and support commercial success.

You will provide both strategic and operational HR support across a network of luxury boutiques while ensuring all people practices align with local labour legislation and the organisation's global HR standards.

This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence key business decisions, support organisational change, and contribute to the continued success of one of the world's leading luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with retail and corporate leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in line with UAE Labour Law.

Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development across multiple retail locations.

Coach and advise managers on leadership, performance, engagement, and people management best practices.

Drive performance review, talent management, and succession planning processes across the business.

Support compensation and benefits discussions, salary benchmarking, promotions, and annual review cycles.

Deliver employee engagement initiatives that reinforce company culture and improve retention.

Analyse HR data and key people metrics to identify trends and provide commercially focused recommendations.

Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation remain compliant with UAE employment legislation and internal governance.

Partner closely with regional HR and Centres of Excellence to ensure consistency of global HR initiatives across the market.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a commercially minded HR professional with strong business partnering experience and a genuine passion for luxury retail and people development.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Minimum 7 years' HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist experience, ideally within luxury retail, premium retail, fashion, hospitality, or consumer brands.

Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and practical experience managing complex employee relations matters.

Experience supporting multi-site retail operations and partnering with senior business leaders.

A proactive, hands-on approach combined with the ability to operate strategically.

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance business objectives and employee experience.

Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent Arabic and English are essential.

Experience working within an international or regional organisation is highly desirable.
