Are you an ambitious and driven Secondary Market Real Estate Agent looking to grow your career with a well-established real estate company?

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai Secondary Market.

• Valid RERA Broker Card (DLD Licensed).

• Currently based in Dubai.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Comfortable making high-volume cold calls and achieving daily KPIs.

• Able to generate new listings (inventory) or bring an existing portfolio.

• Experience using Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cold calling to generate listings and qualified leads.

• Build strong relationships with property owners and buyers.

• Secure exclusive and non-exclusive listings.

• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.

• Keep CRM records updated and follow up consistently.
