## Description

Kling Consult GmbH & Co. International KG is a leading architectural and engineering consultancy founded in 1954 and headquartered in Germany.

This is a full-time 6 days a week on-site role for our Project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the project team for all planning functions ensuring that issues within the programme are highlighted and understood.

• Review the program submitted by contractor, comment, address the concerns and do the recommendation to the Project Director/client.

• Reporting areas of ‘non-compliance’ for resolution between Clients and their Partners’, consultants’ and contractors’ programmes.

• Give appropriate planning advice and direction to project team members & all relevant Stakeholders and produce programme assurance reports to the Client.

• Deliver Period Programme Updates and input to project reports.

• Monitors progress at site on daily/weekly/monthly basis and prepares monthly reports to client

• Determines the eligibility of contractor for any claim/time extension.

• Other tasks as instructed by the Project Director / Planning and Risk Manager.

Qualifications

• 10+ total years of experience

• 5+ years' experience on Hospitality projects (5-star Hotels and Resorts) and Other Hospitality Projects

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or relevant field

• Knowledge and Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications (Primavera, etc) is a must

• Experience with Architectural & Engineering Consultancies is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
