## Description

We're Hiring | AI Automation & Business Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)

💼 Experience: 5–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation & Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and AI-powered automation solutions within a leading banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Analyze and understand business processes to identify AI automation opportunities

✅ Build and prototype AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Appian, or similar Low-Code/No-Code platforms

✅ Gather and document business & functional requirements (BRD/FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria)

✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions

✅ Ensure governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices within a regulated banking environment

✅ Work in Agile delivery teams and support iterative solution development

Must-Have Skills:

✔ 5–8 years of Business Analysis / Digital Transformation / Process Automation experience

✔ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Appian, Power Platform, or similar automation tools

✔ Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, AI Workflows, and Workflow Automation

✔ Experience in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and requirement gathering

✔ Banking or Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred
