The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, measurements, valuations, variations, claims, and commercial documentation throughout the project lifecycle

ks.• Review contracts, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and project requiremen

ts.• Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and supporting commercial documentati

on.• Manage variations, claims, change orders, and contractual corresponden

ce.• Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and commercial performan

ce.• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, payment applications, and final accoun

ts.• Coordinate with project, estimation, procurement, finance, and operations tea

ms.• Identify commercial risks and support cost-saving and value-engineering initiativ

## Requirements

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, including substantial experience in road marking projects. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in UAE road marking projects is mandatory. Strong knowledge of measurement and valuation of road marking works. Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, claims, cost control, and final account preparation. Familiarity with UAE construction contract practices and commercial procedures. Ability to review and interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual documents.
