Job Summary

We are hiring a *Civil Engineer* specializing in Dubai Municipality approvals. The role involves handling government approvals, site coordination, and ensuring all projects comply with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit drawings, documents, and applications for Dubai Municipality approvals

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities for project approvals and inspections

• Follow up on NOCs, permits, and other regulatory requirements

• Ensure all site activities and documentation comply with Dubai Municipality codes and standards

• Maintain project documentation, track approval status, and provide regular updates

• Conduct site visits and liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical and approval-related issues

Requirements
