## Description

This is a great Emiratization opportunity for an entry-level HR professional with a keen interest in focusing on HR operations, Emiratization, and employee administration.

Job Summary

We are seeking an entry-level, motivated, and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team in the Middle East. This role is ideal for an individual looking to develop a long-term career in HR Operations and gain hands-on experience across employee lifecycle management, Emiratization initiatives, HR administration, and employee support.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR function while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and supporting key HR operational processes across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Emiratization & Nationalization

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for UAE National employees, including onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.

• Support the execution of Emiratization and nationalization initiatives in line with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Register new Emirati hires with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).

• Process and track Nafis subsidy applications and related documentation.

• Monitor and maintain records of pension contributions and ensure timely administration.

• Ensure strict compliance with UAE labor laws, pension regulations, and nationalization requirements.

HR Administration & Operations

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department across the Middle East region.

• Prepare and issue employment-related documentation, including experience letters, salary certificates, bank letters, visa letters, and other employee correspondence as required.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are completed.

• Support HR reporting and data management activities as required.

Employee Relations

• Support employee relations activities in the UAE, escalating issues where appropriate.

• Help maintain positive employee relations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Vendor & Payment Administration

• Coordinate and manage payment processes for HR vendors and suppliers, including medical insurance providers and other HR service partners.

• Liaise with internal finance teams to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

• Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, payments, and related documentation.

General Support

• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required.

• Support audits, compliance reviews, and HR process improvements.

• Perform other HR administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a related function.

• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR administration processes is preferred.

• Previous exposure to Emiratization programs, MOHRE processes, Nafis, or GPSSA administration is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
