## Description

Job Summary:

We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Housekeeping to drive business growth within the UAE market.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

• Identify and develop opportunities across commercial offices, residential communities, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, and industrial sectors.

• Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

• Prepare commercial proposals in coordination with the Operations team.

• Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, FM companies, developers, and corporate clients.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities for K4 Group services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE B2B business development experience in Housekeeping, Commercial Cleaning, Facilities Management, Maintenance, or Soft Services.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong network within the UAE commercial and facilities management sector.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality.

• UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
