Business Development Manager (Forex/CFD)

Your Role at WinproFX

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients, building lasting relationships, and promoting our trading products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new client relationships.

• Promote the company's Forex and CFD trading products and services.

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

• Generate, follow up, and convert new client leads while retaining existing clients.

• Manage an existing portfolio of clients to maximize deposits, trading activity, and long-term relationships.

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries.

• Stay up to date with financial markets and industry developments.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Complete all assigned training and development programs within the required timeframe.

• Work closely with internal departments to deliver an outstanding client experience.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Forex/CFD sales or business development.

• Strong understanding of Forex, CFDs, financial markets, and MT4/MT5 platforms.

• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and client relationships.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.

• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
