Role Description

Nest One Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a rewarding commission-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and provide expert advice on market opportunities. You will build and maintain strong client relationships while helping buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors achieve their real estate goals.

You will also have the opportunity to work with both off-plan projects and secondary market properties while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional client experience

• Must be located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Minimum 6-12 months Experience in Real Estate transactions, including leasing, selling, and managing properties

• Sales skills and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively

• Understanding of Real Property concepts and market trends

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using digital tools and software for real estate management

• Self-motivation, an unmatched work ethic, eagerness to learn, and consistency in achieving goals

• Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus
